HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on Monday, January 05, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time Sunday, January 11, 2009 ("Entry Period"). To enter the sweepstakes, go to: http://www.localoodles.com during the entry period. To be eligible to participate, each entrant will be required to register as a user on the website. Once registered, follow the links to submit your entry. Limit 10 (ten) entries per person per day during the entry period. Entries in excess of the maximum allowed of 10 (ten) by a single person are void. Entries may not be submitted by an individual under more than one registered user account.

BONUS ENTRIES: There are two ways to earn "Bonus Entries":
(1) When you submit 40 or more entries during the Entry Period, you will automatically earn 10 "bonus" entries.
(2) When a new user registers on Localoodles.com and enters your user name in the "Referred By" box, you will earn 10 bonus entries when the new user submits 10 entries of their own. To be eligible, new users must be individuals that have not previously registered on Localoodles.com.

ELIGIBILITY: United States law governs this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is open to any individual who is (1) a legal resident of the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions); (2) 18 years of age or older at the date of entry; and (3) as of the beginning of the Entry Period, has access to the internet. Not eligible to enter are employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Localoodles, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winners agree that the sponsor, its affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter via the online entry method as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. All entries become the property of the sponsor. Neither Localoodles, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online set-vice, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

PRIZES: Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Any taxes on prizes won will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

DRAWING: Prize winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be held by Localoodles and are final and binding on all aspects of this sweepstakes. The drawing will take place on or about Monday, January 12, 2009. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Any or all prize winners, at the sole discretion of Localoodles, may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within [14] days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected. Once a prize notification has been emailed to a winner, the winner has 14 days to reply to the notification email confirming their acceptance of the prize. If no such reply email is received by Localoodles, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.

WINNERS: By entry into this sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If, in Localoodles opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Localoodles reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the end of the stated entry period, notice will be posted at http://www.localoodles.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Localoodles or its agents. PRIVACY NOTICE: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these rules and regulations and Localoodles.com’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at http://www.localoodles.com/privacy.aspx ; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these rules and regulations and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these rules and regulations shall prevail.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these rules and regulations is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these rules and regulations and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
